How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $30.00. For orders less than $30.00,
shipping is a flat $4.00 to anywhere in the world!
Q. What Region
are the DVDs?
A.
These DVDs do not contain any Region. They are not playable in a standalone DVD
player.
Q.
Can these play in a DVD Player?
A. No.
These DVDs cannot be played in a standalone DVD Player. See next question on
how to play DVD on the PC.
Q.
How do I play the DVDs?
A. DVDs
are only playable on a PC with a DVD-ROM. It cannot be played in a DVD Player
or a CD-ROM. You can play the movies using "Windows Media Player" which comes
installed on Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 and XP.
Insert the DVD in your PC's DVD-ROM drive (The DVD will not play in theCD-ROM
Drive)
Open the DVD Using "My Computer"
You should see folders with the name of the movie titles
In each folder should be a .DAT file
Right click on the .DAT file and select "Open With" and select Windows Media
Player
The movie should then begin to play.
Q.
How are the DVDs shipped?
A. For
small orders, DVDs are packed in sleeves and sent in a padded bubble mailer.
For larger orders, DVDs will be shipped in
an unmarked cardboard box.
Q. Are the movies
censored?
A. Most
of the movies contain Mosaic Style censoring found in most JAV Idol films.
Those that are uncensored are listed as uncensored.
Q. Do you ship
internationally?
A.
Yes. Shipping is the same worldwide.
Q. Are the movies
playable on a MAC?
A. From
past experiences, most users who have a MAC PC were unable to play the movie
files.
Q. What is your
return policy?
A. All
sales are final. Jidolvcd will be happy to send you a replacement DVD if your
DVD is lost or arrives broken/defective. If you are unsure whether or not the
DVD is playable in your PC, we strongly advise you to place a small order first.
Q.
I get a "codec" error trying to play the movies?
A.
You need to download and install the latest divx
codec at www.divx.com. It's absolutely
free!
Q. What is
the label option when purchasing a DVD?
A. For
added security, the label option lets us know whether you wish to receive a DVD
with a label or not.
